Refill and drop policy

Bought followers, likes, subscribers and members can drop when platforms remove inauthentic accounts. On SparkLikes, options with a refill window (for example 30, 60, 90 or 365 days, or lifetime) can be topped back up: once your order completes, a “Request refill” button appears on its tracking page, and refills usually start within about 24 hours. Options marked “No refill” are not topped up.

Do bought followers and likes drop?

Yes, bought engagement can drop, and any seller who says otherwise is not being straight with you. Platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok regularly remove accounts and interactions they consider fake or inactive. When that happens, the count on your profile or post goes down.

How much drops varies by platform, by service and especially by quality tier. Followers and subscribers drop more often than views. Lower-priced options use simpler accounts and tend to drop more. Options in the High-Retention and Premium tiers use better profiles and come with longer refill windows. See quality tiers explained for the definitions.

Drops are not something we can prevent, because they are the platform's decision. What we can do is tell you up front which options are refill-backed and for how long, and top up the count when a drop happens inside that window.

What is a refill window?

A refill window is the number of days after your order completes during which we will top up any drop for free. The window is shown on every option before you pay, for example “30-day refill”, “90-day refill”, “365-day refill” or “Lifetime refill”.

  • The window starts when the order status changes to Completed.
  • During the window you can request a refill whenever your count has fallen below what you received.
  • Once the window closes, the refill button disappears and drops are no longer covered.
  • “Lifetime refill” means refills are available for as long as that service is offered on our site. If a service is withdrawn, we will say so on the service page.

Where a service does not show its own window, our default refill window is 30 days for refill-eligible options.

How do I request a refill?

You request a refill from the order tracking page by pressing the “Request refill” button. It takes a few seconds:

  • Open the order tracking page and enter your order reference. If you have an account, open the order from your order history instead.
  • Check that the order status is Completed and that the refill window is still open. The page shows how many days are left.
  • Press Request refill. The status of the refill appears on the same page.
  • Refills usually start within about 24 hours and run at the same pace as the original delivery.

You do not need to message support for a normal refill. Keep your order reference safe, because it is how guests find their order again. If the button does not appear and you think it should, contact support with the reference.

When does the Request refill button appear?

The button appears only when three things are true: the option you bought includes a refill window, the order status is Completed, and the window has not yet expired.

It does not appear while an order is still Pending or In progress, because the delivery has not finished. It does not appear on options marked “No refill”. For some services the upstream system only accepts a new refill request after the previous one has finished, so the button may be hidden for a short time after a refill.

What counts as a drop?

A drop is a fall in the count we delivered, measured against the start count recorded for your order plus the quantity you bought. For example, if your profile had 1,200 followers when the order started and you bought 1,000, we refill if the count falls below 2,200 during the window.

These do not count as drops we can refill:

  • Followers or likes you lose for reasons unrelated to the order, such as real followers unfollowing you. We refill up to the delivered amount, not beyond it.
  • Drops after the refill window has closed.
  • Drops on options marked “No refill”.
  • Drops caused by you changing the target: renaming the username, deleting or archiving the post, or making the account private.
  • Counts hidden or reset by the platform because the account or post was restricted.

Which services usually have no refill?

Services where a drop is rare or hard to measure are often sold without refill and labelled “No refill”. Views, plays, story views, live-stream viewers, impressions and many comment services usually fall into this group.

No-refill options are typically the lowest price for that service, which is why some buyers choose them. If keeping the number stable matters to you, pick an option with a refill window instead. The label is always shown in the order form, so there are no surprises after payment.

What makes a refill fail or take longer?

A refill can fail or be delayed if the target is no longer reachable. The most common causes:

  • The account has been switched to private or the post has been deleted.
  • The username or link has changed since the order.
  • The platform is temporarily slowing down delivery across the board, which can happen after a large clean-up.
  • Another order for the same link is running at the same time, which makes the counts hard to reconcile.

If a refill stalls for more than a couple of days, contact support with your order reference and we will look at it.

What happens if an order only partly delivers?

If an order delivers only part of the quantity, it is marked Partial and the undelivered part is refunded. If it cannot start at all, it is marked Cancelled and the full amount is refunded.

  • Account holders: the refund goes back to your SparkLikes wallet automatically, and you can use it for another order straight away.
  • Guests: contact support with your order reference and we will arrange a refund or a credit.

A partial or cancelled order is not a drop. Refills are for counts that were delivered and then fell; refunds are for counts that were never delivered. The full rules are in our refund policy.

How can you reduce drops in the first place?

You can reduce drops by choosing a higher tier, letting delivery run gradually and keeping your account public and unchanged until the order and any refills are done.

  • Pick a High-Retention or Premium option when the count needs to stay up.
  • Avoid running several orders for the same link at once.
  • Do not rename your account or delete the post during delivery.
  • Keep buying in proportion to your account size.

Frequently asked questions

How long do refills take to start?

Most refills start within about 24 hours of your request and run at the same pace as the original delivery. Busy periods after a platform clean-up can take longer.

Can I request more than one refill?

Yes. You can request a refill whenever a drop happens while the window is open. For some services you need to wait until the previous refill finishes before the button appears again.

Do guests get refills too?

Yes. Guests use the same “Request refill” button on the [tracking page](/track), using the order reference from checkout. No account is needed.

What does “No refill” mean?

It means that option is not topped up if the count drops. These options are usually the lowest price for the service. Choose an option with a refill window if stability matters.

Are non-drop followers real?

No seller can stop a platform from removing accounts, so we do not sell “non-drop” followers. What we sell instead is refill-backed followers: if they drop within the window, we top them up.

Will I get a refund instead of a refill?

Refunds are for undelivered parts of an order. Delivered counts that later drop are handled by refill within the window, not by refund. See the [refund policy](/refund-policy).
